Pearce is a critically acclaimed actor on stage and screen.

 

Originally from Sheffield, Pearce joined the National Youth Theatre of GB at the age of 18 working with them on numerous projects including the 2011 production of Ghost Office at The Lighthouse Glasgow. He moved to London to study English Language and Literature at King’s College London during which time he gained his first professional credits playing Harry Fatts in Waiting for Lefty at the Pleasance Courtyard, appearing in Silent Opera’s production of La Boheme at the Vault’s Festival, and playing Charlie in OTB productions Roof also at the Vault’s Festival.

On leaving university Pearce continued to work across theatre and film appearing as Jack Absolute in The Rivals at Upstairs at the Gatehouse, The Porter in Macbeth at the New Wimbledon studio, and as David in Lilly and the Revolution dir. Rania Iraki. He is also an associate artist with the eleven-time Off West End Award nominated Arrows and Traps Theatre company, with whom he has played Iago in Othello (Upstairs at the Gatehouse), Solyony in Three Sisters (Brockley Jack Studio Theatre), and most recently Christoph Probst in The White Rose (Brockley Jack Studio Theatre) which is nominated for Best Production in the 2018 Off West End Awards.

Pearce has recently completed filming on Runestone Pictures’ A Christmas Carol due for release Christmas 2019 in which he plays Younger Scrooge.
